You can find the status of your particular order by the tracking number that was sent to your email.

What do I do if my item was shipped to the wrong address?
PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK SPELLING. I am not responsible for wrong information or spelling on an item.
Charlie Indigo is not responsible for wrong shipping address nor any stolen packages once item is marked as delivered.
I can only ship to the address that PayPal has given me. I can’t change the address once an order is submitted on ANY circumstance.
If your item is lost or stolen please contact your local post office and provide your tracking number that was given.
How do I cancel my order? When will I see my refund?
Due to all orders being custom made, you cannot cancel an order once it has been purchased.
